Waterproofing a Wet Basement

Recently a client found their basement leaking. They contacted us and we were able to come out the following day. Presented the client with a quote for exterior waterproofing which is our recommended solution.

• First we meet to look at your particular situation and provide an estimate
• When under contract specific timelines will be provided
• Excavation begins so we can start the repairs
• Complete the repairs as necessary
• Apply a waterproof membrane and a foundation wrap
• Install new weepers, backfill with fresh clear limestone and wrap in Geotextile fabric
• Backfill and compact at various intervals
• Install new window wells if required with drains to the footings
• Achieve proper final grade to encourage ground water away from the structure
